Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Refunds, Subscriptions and Disclaimers. Last updated October 14, 2026 (version 2026-10-14). Seller: Pai Digital, a sole proprietorship of Pai Keng Kuan, Bradford, Ontario, Canada. Contact: paidigitalstore@gmail.com.
These plain-language terms are written to be fair and clear. They don’t remove any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
Your content, your responsibility. You are responsible for everything you upload, import, write, generate elsewhere and export, and for having the rights and permissions it needs (copyright, trademark, likeness/model releases, brand and platform rules). Don’t upload content you don’t have the right to use.
The app doesn’t generate images or video itself; any outside AI service you use has its own terms. Product pictures are AI-generated concept mockups, not photos of physical samples. Print-on-demand and selling results are not guaranteed.
These terms are an agreement between you and Pai Digital, a sole proprietorship of Pai Keng Kuan, Bradford, Ontario, Canada (“we”, “us”). By buying, signing in to or using Creator Pro 3D (the “App”) you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy and the policies on this page. If you don’t agree, don’t use the App.
What the App is. A browser-based creative planning workspace: it builds and organises prompts, character identities, storyboards, POD product prompts and review records, and includes an offline 3D viewer/shape tool (Forma3D). It does not generate images or videos itself (you use your own separate AI service), does not print or ship products, and does not include an AI 3D-reconstruction engine. The ten product pictures are AI-generated concept mockups, not photos of physical samples.
Eligibility and account. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to buy and hold an account. Each App has its own account. Keep your password and sign-in codes private; you are responsible for activity under your account. One buyer, one account: don’t share your login.
Changes. We may update the App and these terms. We’ll show the new date at the top; material changes apply from your next renewal or sign-in, and continuing to use the App means you accept them.
Ending access. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, chargebacks without contacting us first, or abuse. Access also ends when a plan expires, is cancelled or is refunded.
Purchases are made through Payhip or Gumroad, which process your payment, charge any applicable sales tax and email your receipt with an order number. We never see your card details. Their checkout terms also apply.
Plans: Monthly US$4.50, yearly US$45.90 (15% less than 12 × $4.50 = $54), or lifetime US$99 one-time. Prices are in USD unless the checkout says otherwise.
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your Payhip or Gumroad account (or the link in your receipt), or by emailing us. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for; no further charges are made. We don’t refund the unused part of a period, except under the 7-day refund policy below or where the law requires. If we change a renewal price, we will tell you before it applies and you can cancel first.
If your purchase is unused, corrupt (doesn’t work and we can’t fix it), or materially misrepresented, email paidigitalstore@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and the email you bought with, and we’ll refund you. Refunds are issued through Payhip or Gumroad to your original payment method; when a refund is issued, access to the App ends automatically.
This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under consumer-protection laws where you live.
The App, its code, design, text, data, images and content are owned by Pai Digital or its licensors and protected by copyright. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your personal use while your plan is active (or for life with a lifetime plan, as long as we operate the App).
You may not resell, sublicense, share, copy, redistribute, publish, rebrand or give others access to the App or your login, or copy, scrape or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows. Third-party open-source components are used under their own licences. Content you create with the App belongs to you.
Don’t use the App to break the law or anyone’s rights; to upload or create unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing or sexual content involving minors; to try to access other accounts or our systems without permission; to overload, attack or probe the service; or to automate sign-ups or code requests. You are responsible for the content you put into the App and for having the rights to it.
Who is responsible. Pai Digital, a sole proprietorship of Pai Keng Kuan, Bradford, Ontario, Canada. Privacy contact: paidigitalstore@gmail.com.
What we collect for sign-in. Your email address; a salted, hashed password if you create one; hashed one-time sign-in/reset codes (valid 10 minutes); a hashed session token; when you accepted these terms; your plan status (from Payhip/Gumroad: order or subscription id, plan, dates); and basic security logs (for example failed sign-in counts and IP-based rate limits). We do not receive your card details.
Your data in the App. Your projects, prompts, characters, images and 3D models are not uploaded to us: the app saves them in your browser's own storage on your device. The app makes no analytics or third-party requests. Your data leaves the device only when you choose to: copying a prompt into another service, downloading/exporting a file, or using your device's Share button.
Service providers. The App is hosted on Cloudflare (Workers and D1 database), which processes requests and stores the sign-in data above. Sign-in and reset codes are emailed through Brevo (Sendinblue), which receives your email address and the code. Payments and receipts are handled by Payhip and Gumroad. These providers may process data outside Canada (for example in the United States or the EU) under their own safeguards.
Why we use it. Only to give you access, keep accounts secure, send codes you request, handle purchases, refunds and support, and meet legal obligations. We don’t sell or rent your personal information, don’t use it for advertising, and don’t share it except with the providers above or when the law requires.
Emails (CASL). We only send transactional emails you trigger (sign-in and reset codes) and replies to your messages. We don’t send marketing email from the App; if we ever do, it will be only with your consent and with an unsubscribe link.
Cookies and browser storage. One essential sign-in cookie (pai_session, up to 30 days). The App stores your work in your browser’s local storage/IndexedDB and may use a service-worker cache for offline use. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Retention. Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes; sessions after 30 days or when you sign out; account and purchase records are kept while you have an account and as needed for tax, accounting and dispute purposes (typically up to 7 years for transaction records). Data in your browser stays until you delete it.
Your rights (PIPEDA, and where they apply GDPR/UK GDPR and CCPA/CPRA). You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent, by emailing paidigitalstore@gmail.com from your account email. We’ll answer within 30 days. Deleting your account ends access. You can delete data kept in your browser yourself by clearing site data. We do not sell or “share” personal information as defined by the CCPA, and we don’t discriminate against you for using your rights. EU/UK users may also complain to their local data-protection authority; Canadian users may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Security. Passwords and codes are stored hashed and traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), but no system is perfectly secure. Use a unique password.
Children. The App account is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children.
To the extent the law allows, the App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don’t guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, work on every device or browser, or produce any particular result. Keep backups of your work.
To the extent the law allows, Pai Digital and Pai Keng Kuan are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, business or goodwill, arising from the App or these terms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
Indemnity. If you misuse the App or break these terms or someone’s rights, you agree to cover reasonable losses and costs that result for us.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Courts in Ontario have jurisdiction, unless consumer law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts. Please contact us first. Most problems can be fixed quickly by email.
